We deal with all on-going aspects of letting once your tenant has been found. Utility transfers, pre-move in works, check-ins, rent collection, check-outs, dilapidation claims, routine repairs and maintenance, cost effective refurbishments, liaising with insurers on claims, arranging storage – our Property Management team has it covered.

Regular Property Inspections
We visit your property at least twice a year to check for any defects or problems. You’ll receive a detailed written report with photographs together with our recommendations for maintaining your property at its best and to protect future rental and sales value.

Cost Effective Repairs and Maintenance
We take care of routine and day to day repairs with a team of reputable, responsive contractors who rely on Chard for a substantial proportion of their business. We use our buying power to your advantage, saving you money and ensuring that remedial works are completed cost effectively and with the minimum of disruption to your tenant.

We agree a pre-set “approval” limit on costs and except in justifiable emergency will not undertake works beyond that limit without your approval.
