By choosing us to manage your investment, everything will be taken care of - from tenant care to the day-to-day upkeep of the property. We will appoint one of our dedicated, locally based Property Managers to be your main point of contact. They will be based within 20 minutes of your property and will be on hand to assist with any queries or to provide expert advice.
Right from the start, your Property Manager will work closely with the Lettings team in order to facilitate a smooth move-in for your new tenants and, during the tenancy, all maintenance issues reported will be dealt with swiftly. Throughout the duration of the tenancy, your Property Manager will personally carry out periodic inspections to ensure that the tenants are maintaining the property to a satisfactory standard. In addition, we have an out of hours emergency team available 365 days a year.
With over 160 different pieces of legislation for landlords to comply with, we will make sure you are kept up to date with any changes in the law. Advice and support will be provided in order for your property to be fully compliant at all times. Should you require, an annual summary of your accounts can be provided to assist with tax returns.
